Visa Fraud Alert: Third Milennium Ministries, or Thirdmill
To reduce the effectiveness of the Conversion Mafia, it is necessary to hit at their primary source of support: Foreign money and help. It is unfortunate that no one at any consulate, especially the ones in the USA, seems to realise why it is necessary to extremely vet the people that apply for tourist and other visas. How much more effort would it take to google someone or ask for character references? The USA has stringent criteria for getting any visa, even a tourist one. They even demand that applicants list their social media accounts, because the USA does not want to let certain people into their country. Our Home Ministry and Ministry of External Affairs needs to do the same, especially for Americans. They, after all, are the ones who provide monetary and other support for conversion initiatives in India. A blow to those two things will sever ties between “native” missionary organisations and foreign ones. We have caught Third Milennium Ministries, or Thirdmill:
We have caught THIRD MILENNIUM MINISTRIES (or THIRDMILL) violating Indian visa laws. It works very closely with one RAJU ABRAHAM, who works with the Joshua Project, a project which wants to convert all of India to Xtianity. @HMOIndia @MEAIndia please pay attention to this! pic.twitter.com/uoFpJp6CYv

Thirdmill is based in Casselbury, Florida, USA. It was formed in 1997 as a multimedia operation, and it focuses on 5 key languages: English (to brainwash gullible Americans), Mandarin Chinese (to brainwash and convert Chinese people, covertly), Arabic (Muslim countries are in the 10-40 window, and Christians hate Islam), Russian (because they do not follow the “right” denomination of Christianity) and Spanish (because they also do not follow the right denomination of Christianity). They also publish content in Hindi, and Telugu. It’s president is Richard L. Pratt.
It looks like Andhra Pradesh is one focus area, one that is over-saturated with missionary organisations. He works with one Vijay Raju, who is the pastor of Christ Gospel Ministries church in Vishakapatnam. It looks like Mr. Raju works with many foreign organisations, from what preliminary research we have done. Also affiliated with Thirdmill is one Ebenezer Samuel, who runs Serve India Ministries, which we are also looking into at the moment.
That is not the most concerning affiliation Thirdmill has with “native” missionaries. The most concerning is their affiliation with one Dr. Raju Abraham. Dr. Abraham is a neurologist by training, but he has been working with the Joshua Project for at least 2 decades. This is what he has to say about why North India should be a focus area:
Through the process he concluded that the major strategy for South Asia involved prioritizing North India because of it’s strategic importance. North India is important because it is the national political center. It is important in sheer population of 400 million people. Spiritually, North India is a major heartland of Hinduism and Islam. There is extreme poverty. North India experiences the lowest Christian presence in the country, with .1 percent Christian compared to more than three percent countrywide
Clash in Worldview and the Peoples of South Asia, by Luis Bush, 1998
Here he is talking about what work he has done with Thirdmill:
They have set up a church planting organisation in Haryana, Redeemer Fellowship Church Planting Denomination. They have no website (which might be on purpose), so we cannot find where in Haryana they are located:
Whatever visa these people hold in India, they are in violation of the terms and conditions of the visa. If they hold a missionary visa, visa holders cannot use it for proselytizing and can only join a missionary organization APPROVED by the government of India. In order to be approved by the government of India to operate within the country, an organization must receive a certificate indicating it is compliant with the Foreign Contributions Regulatory Act. If they hold a tourist visa, they can only use it for non-business purposes, such as tourism or visiting family and friends.

Once again, we humbly request you also file a complaint as an individual; you can do so at this link. We will be regularly updating you on the complaints we file against Christian organizations that subvert Indian laws to further their aims, and we ask you to do your part. We also humbly request you like this post, and share this post with friends and family. Let them know what missionaries are doing. Remember, complaints are listened to by the government, more than social media posts. Your complaints will help in getting FCRA certificates cancelled and these organizations permanently blacklisted!
We published a guide to filing complaints, which you can view HERE. You have a lot more power than you think you do; even missionaries are starting to take notice and they are getting worried.
Jai Maa Kaali!
